4. Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows

We value our clinical time and your commitment to your aesthetic journey. (a) Deposits: A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your final treatment cost. (b) Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee. (c) No-Shows: Failing to attend an appointment without notice will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service value, and future bookings may require pre-payment in full.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the Website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Prices listed as "Starting from" are estimates. Exact quotes will be provided during your consultation based on your individual anatomical requirements and product volume needed. We reserve the right to alter pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full on the day of treatment.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the medical nature of our services and the cost of the prescribed products, we do not offer refunds on treatments once they have been administered. Aesthetic outcomes are subjective and depend heavily on individual biology. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results. Any concerns regarding your results must be raised at your scheduled review appointment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Aesthetica Clinic and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Website, your reliance on its content, or from treatments provided, provided that we have acted with reasonable care and skill as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
